Our Service & Process

When you enquire for t-shirt supplier or printing service, our friendly staff will obtain your specifications of your t-shirt requirements. After obtaining the specifications, we will then send you a quotation for your confirmation, all within 1-2 working day(s). We would also make suggestions to aid you in solving your problems of budgeting and other requirements if required. Please do not feel difficult in asking Drooling Closet if you have any enquiry.

Standard production lead time will be 14 Days upon confirmation of specification & artwork. Urgent order will be charged an additional S$2.00 - S$3.00, depending on urgency required.

Payment Term

1) For individual customers, payment term will be cash on delivery (COD)

2) For Companies, Organization and School that require a time frame to process invoices, payment term will be 1 month from delivery.

3) 50% upfront deposit will be required for individuals, non-established companies who total purchase is above S$1000.

4) Payment terms include cash, cheque (payable to: Drooling Closet) or Paypal
